Is it really December?

I must admit that one of the reasons that I could not get into the holiday spirit was the weather. It's been a very mild winter, with temps in the 60s and 70s in December. Very unusual for Tennessee. 

Last Saturday the temperature was almost 70. Fast forward to yesterday and today, high's in the 30s and 40s. Really? No wonder there are so many people getting sick.

Bah, Humbug!

I cannot believe the month of November is almost gone. It's almost December and we are SO not ready for Christmas. Other than a few gifts bought and the Christmas tree in the living room, you wouldn't know it was the Christmas season around here. Which is odd, I am usually Christmas crazy. Not this year. Not in the Christmas spirit with everything that has been going on. Too much to talk about. I would just appreciate your thoughts and prayers that things get better soon. Don't know how much more I can take!

I just began working on an at home job and I love it! The name of the company is ZNZ LLC. It is a referral based company that pays $95 per referral. As long as you can send emails, post ads, and navigate through websites pretty good, you should do fine. The video on my website better explains exactly what you will be doing.

Earthquake

Living in Tennessee, it is a very rare thing to feel an earthquake. I've known of at least two or three in my 32 years on earth.

I was sitting on the couch working on a Facebook page when I suddenly felt the couch shaking. My first thought was that one of the kids was behind the couch. Nope, both kids accounted for in front of me.

My next thought was the washing machine in the next room. It's been known to be thrown off balance when there are several pairs of jeans in the load and tends to vibrate the house.  I even got up to check and see if it was running (even though I remembered that it had stopped and that I had left the lid up on the washing machine to wait for the load in the dryer to finish so that I could change the loads out). Nope, not the washing machine.

By the time that I realized that it was an earthquake, it had stopped.... this is the strongest earthquake that I have ever felt in Tennessee. I did wake up in the middle of the night once, while visiting a friend in California, to things falling off the shelves and walls.

It was centered near Whitesburg, KY which is pretty far from Southeast TN. Reports are that people in Alabama and Georgia felt it too....

Happy 10/11/12!

I have a thing for numbers and today happens to be 10/11/12! What better day to return to blogging than that? I kind of got sidetracked with blogging when I started selling Appetite Control Energy (ACE). I put all of my energy and focus into the learning more about the company's products and policies and left little time for much else.

In doing so, I also abandoned my duties at Lil' Cutie Pies modeling services. My duties were to update the website and comp cards and post on the Facebook page by answering questions, etc. The owner of the modeling referral service recently handed the entire business over to me so the last few days I have been working on getting things back in order and returning it to the company that it used to be.

I will try my best to blog as much as possible now that I am finally settling back into a routine. Hope you didn't miss me too much!

New Business Venture

I have been neglecting the blog the past few days. I do have a good reason as to why.
